User reviews of Wyoming home warranty companies

  • Submitted By Mary Stanford, Cheyenne, American Home Shield

When I first purchased the plan that covers home appliances with AHS, I was skeptical. I do have to say that they have been fair to me over the last two years, although some of their contractors could be more time-efficient. The customer support could also be better.

  • Submitted By Peter Thompson Jr., Laramie, Warranty Direct

After signing up for an auto warranty and being extremely satisfied with the services provided, I decided to buy a home warranty as well. Although I guess the service is not the worst in the world, it is pretty bad, especially compared to auto plans. I made two claims, they denied one of them; I am not mad that they denied it, I am mad because they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I honestly expected more.

  • Submitted By Joe Danton, Cheyenne, 365 Home Warranty

In my experience, 365 is a decent company. I called them only once and they fixed my problem relatively fast. I wasn’t happy with the way customer service handled my problem, but when the tech guy came, he was really nice and helpful. Not sure if I’ll renew my contract when it expires, though, I am starting to wonder if any warranty is worth the money.
