User reviews of Wisconsin home warranty companies

  • Submitted By Steven Winslet, Madison, 365 Warranty

365 has been very good to me since the start. I signed up for the premium plan because I wanted to have my entire home protected, and it turns out this was one of the best decisions I made in a long time. I called them 3 times total and they went above and beyond to help me. Their only drawback is that you have to wait for 3 or 4 days for a technician to contact you. Other than that, I have no complaints. My advice to new customers: read the terms very carefully. If you really understand what your rights are, there’s no way you won’t be satisfied!

  • Submitted By Anne Bryson, Milwaukee, American Home Shield

Before I signed the contract, AHS reps were unbelievably friendly and helpful. When I needed their services, everything changed. I’m so disappointed that I wouldn’t call them now no matter what happened! I can’t believe how unprofessional they are!

  • Submitted By Rachel Jones, Milwaukee, Total Protect

Total is the worse. I called them once so far and they denied my claim. They said that the broken part isn’t covered, but I mean…how am I expect to know which part of my dishwasher broke. For all I know, they could be lying to customers, telling them what’s broken isn’t covered. Unless you’re an expert, there’s no way to know they’re telling the truth.

  • Submitted By Maya Brown, Racine, Total Home Shield

My experience with total home shield is pretty positive. The customer support is really good and they put a lot of effort into their work, but what I love most about this company is how efficient the technicians are. These guys and gals are really amazing, thank you!
