User reviews of Vermont home warranty companies

  • Submitted By Chris Payton, Brattleboro, AHS

My first impression about AHS was positive. I found them online and searched the site thoroughly. I liked the idea of making my own warranty plan from the beginning and that’s exactly what I did. That was three years ago. My warranty plan has changed, but the company is still the same. Although it’s getting on my nerves when I have to wait for five days for a technician to come, I still wouldn’t change AHS. It’s simply the best I’ve ever had and I don’t think it can get much better than this. Every company lies a little bit, it’s called running business. I doubt there is a completely fair and square company out there, and I’m happy with AHS being this way.

  • Submitted By Raymond Phelps, Burlington, TotalProtect

It’s been quite of a journey, this year with Total Protect. There were good and bad days, but a few more good ones. The stuff is usually really helpful, starting from customer support to technicians. My problem where the terms and conditions of the contract. This company always has a little trick to take some more money from you.

I want everyone to know that this is the worst warranty company ever! My 2-year-old son would take better care of my appliances! Incompetent, shameless gang of idiots!
