  These guys made me believe that not everything that sounds great and easy is a scam. Three years ago, I purchased one of their plans for the first time. Just a month later, my plumbing system malfunctioned. Something broke somewhere and we were left with no water in the house. I called them immediately. A technician was at my house later that day and found the leakage in a blink of an eye. It was just a valve and he was able to fix it right away. I was very satisfied, but still a bit suspicious since I thought it was just because it’s the first time I called. Luckily, I was wrong. I called them several times after that, and they have always been extremely fair and reliable.

  They are not perfect, however, I believe they are better than other companies. I had to contact them a few times and I was happy with the service every time. Their contractors are competent folks, although a bit messy, which is my only complaint.

  I’m totally disappointed! I looked for a home warranty company for weeks and thought I made a good decision, but I guess I was wrong. I called Choice twice. The first time, they didn’t fix my clothes washer, they said it wasn’t covered because it had a pre-existing condition. Nobody told me anything about pre-existing conditions when I bought the plan. The second time, I waited for two weeks till someone came to fix the stove. I am very disappointed!

  This is too expensive for such a miserable service! Looks like nothing that ever breaks is covered, which doesn’t stop them from taking the service fee every single time. Stay away from this company!!!
