User reviews of Kentucky home warranty companies

  • Submitted By Clive Jones, Benton, TotalProtect

I used to fix everything in my house. Well, at least I tried to fix everything. Then after some time, I realized I’m definitely not an expert and that I really need someone to take care of my appliances. That’s how I came across Total Protect. The technicians know their job. All I have to do is to pay regularly and call them when I need assistance. It was only once they didn’t help because they said some parts weren’t covered, but that’s all.

I’ve had mixed experiences with AHS. When the AC failed and we were dying of heat, it took them only 3 hours to send someone and we were breathing again in 4. On the other hand, when the clothes washer flooded the house, they kept me on hold for two hours, then they said they sent someone, and in the end, the technician came five days later. What can I tell you, they are not the best, they are also not the worst.

I don’t regret buying a 365 warranty, on the contrary. Now I don’t have to worry about home repairs, which is really refreshing. The technicians are very professional and they always leave the place clean. I recommended it to my daughter, so I think it’s definitely worth the money.

I’ve never seen such an unprofessional company! They never answer the first time you call them, which is really frustrating. When they finally take the call, they tell you that the technician will come asap just to get you out of the way. After days of waiting for them to actually send someone, the technician comes and says the appliance isn’t covered. DISASTER!
